Field notes from shipping s&box games
This is a collection of miscellaneous gotchas, fixes, and pipelines we ran into while building s&box games — the stuff that quietly eats an afternoon. We wrote them down so the next person (or their coding agent) doesn't have to rediscover them. Every article follows the same shape: symptom → cause → fix → why, stamped with the engine version it was verified on.
